How can I subscribe for the service?
  1. Open Products Shop or Pricing page to see plans and prices.
  2. Select your service and you can pay via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Bitcoin as soon.
  3. We will deliver your order between 5 mins to 12 Hours manually.
Can I test the service before ordering?
  1. You can request a free 24 hours test first and check quality and playlist.
  2. We won’t offer free test on live match days. Each user only receive test line once.
  3.  If you liked the service you can subscribe.
Can I cancel the Order?
  1. According to “terms of the service” purchased subscription are not refundable because it causes cost to provide.
  2. If you have purchased an order and we haven’t delivered it to you yet, you can ask to cancel the order and we send you a full refund.
  3. Before purchasing a service and pay, you can get a free test account and check quality and playlist before purchasing.
How long does it take for orders to proceed?
  1. We usually process orders manually (because of security purposes). So please be Patient after payment.
  2. We will send your order details to your provided email address between 5 minutes to 12 hours.
  3. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order after 12 hours and check your inbox/spam/bulk folder first.

Can I change M3U format to Mag Service?
  1. Yes, You can ask support to change your line between MAG & M3U any time.
Single Connection
  1. You purchase a single line connection, you can play service at one IP/Device at the same time.
  2. If your line doesn’t work on your other devices, you may to delete account on first device first.
Can I extend my Service?
  1. Yes, You can ask to extend service for at least 1 month.For example 2 months of your subscription is left.
  2. You can purchase a 1 year line and ask support to extend your current line from 2 months to 14 months.
What TV Channels exists on Playlist?
  1. There we over 13 500 TV Channels on list.
What Movies and Series are available in Playlist?
  1. There we over 52,000 VODs (Movie, Video and series) on playlist
Can I edit playlist?
  1. Yes you can just contact when you want edit your list. But by default we create lines full access by accessing to all TV Channels and VODs.
